About this resource

This program delivers affordable, volunteer-supported shopping and delivery of groceries, prescriptions, and household items weekly. Clients are paired with a volunteer order taker who will reach out weekly to collect their orders. Seniors participating in Oregon Project Independence (OPI) may be eligible for lower fees.

Location: Situated on the upper floor of the southwest corner of the Meals On Wheels People building in Multnomah Village, with parking available at the back of the building.

Fees: A delivery charge of 10% of the total grocery bill applies (this does not cover prescriptions or household items). SNAP/EBT can be utilized for grocery payments.

Who can use this

  • Individuals aged 65 and older, as well as adults with disabilities who cannot shop independently.
