About this resource
This service features a shopping-style food pantry alongside emergency food box delivery. Households can access these services up to 16 times annually. Volunteer opportunities are available, and food donations are welcomed.
Intake Procedure: For the Food Pantry, visit the website to book an appointment. You can also call or email for additional details. Walk-ins are accommodated based on available space. For Emergency Food Boxes, contact the Portland Police Bureau's non-emergency line if you need assistance outside regular hours. For all other services, please visit the website or call for more information.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus line 16.
Fees: There are no fees associated with these services.
Who can use this
- To access the Food Pantry, individuals must meet at least one criterion such as being 62 or older, having a dependent under 18, or receiving certain benefits; Emergency Food Boxes are available for homebound individuals, with a limit of two boxes per month.
Documents you may need
- Name and birthdate of all household members, photo ID, and completed demographic survey. No one will be turned away if they do not have a photo ID.
