About this resource
This service aids adults and children in their pursuit of social security disability benefits (SSI and SSD). They provide support by preparing initial applications and function reports, managing appeals, and offering representation during hearings and in federal appeals court.
Intake Procedure: To get started, call for details and to schedule an appointment.
Fees: According to the law, social security disability attorneys cannot charge a legal fee unless the case is successful. The fee is capped at 25% of the awarded past-due benefits, with a maximum limit of $6,000.
