Transition Projects

The program provides tiny home shelters designed in a village model, complete with heating and electricity. Sleeping cots and sleeping bags are supplied, but personal items cannot be used; however, individuals can store their belongings in designated storage areas. Residents have access to meals, drinking water, showers, laundry facilities, restrooms, a phone charging station, a cooking area, regular trash collection, case management, and behavioral health support. Additionally, assistance is available to help overcome obstacles to securing permanent housing. Note that this program operates on a waitlist basis, and immediate shelter access may not be guaranteed.
