About this resource

This initiative provides a short-term housing intervention for low-income veterans and their families who are either homeless or facing imminent homelessness. Eligible participants can receive housing support through case management, which may include move-in or rental assistance, eviction prevention, help with benefits, employment and educational services, legal aid for housing issues, and other related expenses to ensure stable housing. Participants are expected to collaborate with a caseworker and may need to maintain sobriety. The availability of assistance is contingent on funding.

Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call, visit the website, or walk in for additional details. There is a voicemail option available outside of regular hours or when specialists are not available. A Veteran Referral Form can be found on the website.

Travel/Location: The service is accessible via TriMet Bus lines 10, 14, and 72.

Fees: There are no fees associated with the program.
