About this resource
This shelter provides low-barrier access with amenities like coffee, tea, books, and board games, alongside essential facilities such as bathrooms, showers, and laundry, although bed availability is not guaranteed.
Intake Procedure: -To apply, visit the website to complete a Shelter Access Pre-Screening Form, or you can walk in or call the Resource Center (650 NW Irving Street) to request a shelter bed. A staff member will follow up on all submissions for further details. -Reservations are required, and no intake occurs at the shelter's physical location; those without a reservation will be turned away. Once a reservation is made, guests can use the space until they no longer require it.
Travel/Location: Located at the intersection of Killingsworth Street and MLK Boulevard.
Fees: There are no fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be 18 years or older, with a focus on those aged 55 and above, adults with disabilities, and veterans.
