About this resource

This initiative provides a temporary housing intervention for low-income veterans and their families facing homelessness or those at imminent risk of it. Eligible participants may receive help through case management, which can include move-in or rental assistance, eviction prevention, support for benefits, employment and education services, legal aid regarding housing issues, and assistance with other costs that contribute to stable housing. Participants must be open to collaborating with a caseworker and may need to maintain sobriety from alcohol and drugs. The availability of assistance is contingent on funding.

Intake Process: Interested individuals can call, visit the website, or come in person for further details. There is a voicemail option available after hours or when specialists are not available. A Veteran Referral Form can be found on the website.

Location: The service is accessible via TriMet Bus lines 10, 14, and 72.

Costs: There are no fees associated with this program.
