About this resource
The initiative emphasizes creating collaborative relationships between parents and children to promote spoken language development via listening. It provides intensive auditory-oral therapy, features an on-site audiologist for hearing aid evaluations and cochlear implant mapping, conducts regular sessions at home and school, facilitates toddler groups that include both typically hearing children and those who are deaf, and offers resources and support for families.
