About this resource
This program provides advocacy, information, and referrals, along with residential and vocational support, brokerage assistance, and supported employment opportunities. The Supported Living Program focuses on daily living support, which may include live-in care, medication management, financial paperwork, budgeting help, assistance with household tasks, cooking, and social interaction.

Fees: Charges differ based on the service. Some services may accept payments from county developmental disabilities programs, local brokerages, third-party insurance, waiver programs, trust funds, or private payments.

- Individuals aged 18 and older with cerebral palsy or other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
