The program offers a maximum loan of $40,000, with a repayment term of 20 years at a 1% interest rate, and grants can go up to $10,000. Both loans and grants may be combined for additional support.

Who can use this
- -Must reside in a rural area with a population of 35,000 or less -Must be the homeowner and live in the house -Must be unable to secure affordable credit from other sources -Household income must not exceed county limits -Grants available for individuals aged 62 and older who cannot repay a repair loan -Manufactured homes located in parks are not eligible for mortgage loans.
