This program offers parenting education, home visit support, group activities, and intensive case management, ensuring children benefit from therapeutic classrooms with low adult-child ratios while promoting healthy parenting and child development through home visits.

Who can use this
- Families at high risk with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years are eligible, with intakes conducted to assess eligibility.
