Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 in need of breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above requiring breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. Citizenship in the United States is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
