About this resource
This initiative provides access to breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessments, educational resources, and connecting individuals to necessary medical treatments.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No charges.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or possess insurance that does not sufficiently cover their needs Men of any age exhibiting symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. Citizenship in the United States is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
