  • Eligible families must: -Reside in Oregon -Be working, attending school, or receiving TANF -In two-parent households, both parents need to be working or in school (this does not apply to TANF recipients) -Have a child requiring care who is 13 or younger, or aged 13-17 with special circumstances -Meet income thresholds, with initial limits set at 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL) and ongoing limits at 250% FPL.
