About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessments, education, and connecting individuals to medical care.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No charges.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement to enroll in the ScreenWise program.
