About this resource
This initiative allows individuals to double their SNAP benefits for buying fresh produce at designated farmers markets, community-supported agriculture (CSA) programs, farm stands, and grocery stores.
Intake Procedure: Visit the website to locate participating venues in the Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) SNAP matching program. -Farmers markets: Simply walk in and check in at the information tent to receive a match of up to $20 per day for fresh fruits and vegetables through DUFB. -Grocery stores: Go to a participating grocery store, use your SNAP card, and receive up to $20 in DUFB for complimentary fresh fruits and vegetables. -CSA: Use the locator map to find farms, enroll, pay monthly with your SNAP card, and receive a weekly box of fresh produce, with DUFB applied automatically. -Farm Stands: Visit a participating farm stand, use your SNAP card, and enjoy a 50% discount on local fruits, vegetables, and other produce.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
