About this resource
This initiative provides essential child safety products, including car seats, baby gates, and outlet plugs, which must be ordered upon request. Parents are expected to collect their items and participate in a car seat clinic to ensure correct installation.
Intake Procedure: You can walk in or call for additional details.
Travel/Location: The service is situated in the lower level of Main Street Plaza, adjacent to the Food Bank.
Fees: There is a $30 fee for car seats, payable in cash or via Venmo at the time of the appointment request. The car seat will be ordered once the fee is received, and grants may be available based on financial need.
Who can use this
- Only the child's parent or primary caregiver can receive supplies, with a limit of two car seats per child.
Documents you may need
- Proof that dependant child resides at the same adress as client applying (WIC, OHP card, TANF, etc)
