About this resource
Options counselors provide support to individuals in making knowledgeable choices about long-term care. They evaluate strengths, needs, preferences, and individual circumstances. Counselors offer insights into support strategies, action plans, and options available within the community. Options Counseling may serve as an independent service for participants or may lead to Older Americans Act Case Management (OAA), which assists those requiring continuous support to maintain independence. Care coordinators help with problem-solving, advocacy, and connecting participants to resources and community services to improve quality of life and future planning for later years.

Travel/Location: We are situated in a two-story building adjacent to the Best Western and opposite Walmart.
Fees: No charges apply.

- -Options Counseling: Individuals aged 60 and above, adults with disabilities, veterans, and their family members or caregivers -OAA: Individuals aged 60 and above
