Offers assessment for eligibility in Medicaid and SNAP, as well as the licensing of adult foster care residences, evaluations for private and pre-admission nursing homes, Senior Peer Mentoring, and various health and wellness initiatives.

Travel/Location: Situated in a two-story facility adjacent to the Best Western Hotel and opposite Walmart. If traveling from Salem, take the second Dallas exit off Highway 22 and proceed on Kings Valley Highway until you reach Walmart.
Fees: No charges apply.

- Individuals aged 60 and above, and those with physical disabilities aged 18 and older.
