Travel/Location: The facility is situated in a two-story building adjacent to the Best Western Hotel and directly across from Walmart. If traveling from Salem, take the second Dallas exit off Highway 22 and proceed along Kings Valley Highway until reaching Walmart.
Fees: There are no associated costs.

- Individuals aged 60 and above, those with disabilities, veterans, and their family members or caregivers.
