Provides outpatient mental health care for individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related challenges. The offerings include individual, couples, family, and group therapy that emphasize wellness recovery, solution-oriented strategies, cognitive and dialectical approaches, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and substance use issues.

Costs: We accept OHP and select private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available for those without insurance.
