About this resource
This nurse visiting program allows families with a newborn to receive up to four scheduled visits from a nurse. These visits include comprehensive health assessments, guidance on feeding and bathing, and support for parents experiencing postpartum depression. Additionally, nurses assist families in accessing community resources to enhance both parental health and child welfare.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call, email, or visit the website to obtain information or to arrange a visit if one was not organized at the hospital.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.

- Families with a newborn aged 0-12 weeks, including birth, adoptive, or resource families.
