The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental screenings, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, as well as education and promotion related to health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and no student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- The services are available to the entire community, prioritizing students from the Central School District.
