About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessments, education, and connecting individuals to necessary medical care.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Located one block north of Main Street and three blocks east of Highway 99.
Fees: No costs involved.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening or diagnostic services -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
