About this resource

This community health center delivers extensive primary health care services for neonates, children, adults, and seniors. The center's offerings include prenatal care, preventive services, vaccinations, EKGs and various diagnostic tests, minor surgical procedures, diabetes screenings, gynecological care, contraception, laboratory services, prescription assistance, dental screenings, mental health assessments, STI screenings, and referrals to specialized care. Additionally, the Homeless Health Care Clinic provides urgent primary care for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Intake Procedure: Prospective patients should call to schedule an intake appointment, after which a consultation with a physician will be organized.

Travel/Location: Located one block north of Main Street and three blocks east of Highway 99.

Fees: The center accepts Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid), Medicare, Tricare, and various private insurance plans. A sliding fee scale based on income and family size is available for uninsured patients or those with limited coverage, ensuring that no one is denied care due to financial constraints.
