Northwest Human Services

Delivers a variety of preventative dental services, which include examinations, X-rays, and cleanings. Additional services encompass sealants, fillings, extractions, and restorative treatments such as crowns and bridges, along with emergency care for established patients.

Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call. Due to a high demand, it may take several weeks to secure an appointment for new patients.

Travel/Location: Located one block north of Main Street and three blocks east of Highway 99.

Fees: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid), private dental insurance, and provides a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for those without insurance or with limited coverage. No individual is denied service due to an inability to pay.
