About this resource

The community health center delivers extensive primary health care services for neonates, children, adults, and seniors. It offers a variety of specific services such as prenatal care, preventive health measures, immunizations, EKGs and other diagnostic tests, minor surgical procedures, diabetes screenings, gynecological care, contraception, laboratory services, medication assistance, dental screenings, mental health assessments, STI screenings, and referrals to specialized care. An urgent care clinic is available exclusively for existing patients. Additionally, the Homeless Health Care Clinic provides immediate primary care for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Intake Procedure: Prospective patients should call to schedule an intake appointment. Following this appointment, a consultation with a physician will be set up.
