About this resource
This program provides outpatient services aimed at treating substance use disorders. The offerings may encompass assessments for drug and alcohol use, one-on-one counseling, group therapy sessions, peer support, and connections to more intensive care options, such as detoxification and residential treatment. Additionally, it provides treatment for individuals referred by the courts due to DUII convictions.
Intake Procedure: To get started, please call for details and to arrange an appointment.
Travel/Location: The clinic is situated behind Safeway on Edgewater in West Salem. When facing Safeway, take the road to the right (Rosemont Avenue) and then make a left onto Plaza.
Fees: The clinic accepts OHP and various private insurance plans, and also offers sliding scale fees for those without insurance.
