About this resource
This service provides outpatient mental health support for mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns. Therapy options include individual, couples, family, and group sessions that emphasize wellness recovery, solution-focused strategies, cognitive and dialectical approaches, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and substance abuse treatment.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for details and to arrange an appointment.
Travel/Location: The clinic is located on the street behind Safeway in West Salem. When facing Safeway, take the right onto Rosemont Avenue and then make a left onto Plaza.
Fees: We accept OHP and select private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available for those without insurance.
