Provides a 24-hour crisis hotline along with various crisis services such as assessment, stabilization, intervention planning, assistance in locating a mental health provider, and guidance on community resources that are not crisis-related.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit in person for crisis services.
Travel/Location: The clinic is located on the street behind Safeway on Edgewater in West Salem. When facing Safeway, take the street to the right (Rosemont Avenue) and then make a left onto Plaza.
Fees: There are no fees.
