Provides a 24-hour crisis hotline along with a variety of crisis services that include assessment, stabilization, intervention planning, assistance in finding mental health providers, and details about non-crisis community resources.
Intake Procedure: You can access crisis services by calling or visiting in person.
Travel/Location: The clinic is situated on the street behind Safeway on Edgewater in West Salem. When facing Safeway, take the right onto Rosemont Avenue and then make a left onto Plaza.
Fees: There are no charges.
