About this resource
This program facilitates prompt identification, support, assessment, and treatment for the initial indicators of psychosis. Services encompass education about psychosis, medication management with monitoring, individual and group counseling, multi-family sessions, occupational therapy, family education and support, vocational training, life-skills coaching, crisis intervention, and links to community resources.
Intake Procedure: Please call to initiate the intake process.
Travel/Location: The clinic is situated behind Safeway on Edgewater in West Salem. When facing Safeway, turn right onto Rosemont Avenue and then take a left onto Plaza.
Fees: The clinic accepts OHP and private insurance, with sliding scale fees available for those without insurance.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 12-25 who have experienced their first episode of psychosis in the past year or are showing early warning signs, along with their families.
Documents you may need
- Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
