This service offers guidance on available resources, assistance in accessing these resources, individual counseling, support groups, and training for caregivers. There is limited availability of respite care and additional services.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please call or check the website. Information about support groups can be obtained via phone or online.
Travel/Location: If traveling north on Highway 101, make a right on McCormick Loop Road. At the end, turn left onto Third Street. The facility is a one-story tan building on the right, opposite the Forestry Department. If heading south on Highway 101, turn left at the stoplight after the Tillamook Cheese Factory (Wilson River Loop Road). Take a right at the first stop sign; it remains Wilson River Loop Road. Continue past the blinking red light at the Highway 6 intersection and go up the hill. Turn left at the stop sign onto Third Street.
Fees: There are no fees.
Who can use this
- Caregivers who are unpaid and meet specific criteria, including adult family members caring for individuals 60 and older or those with Alzheimer's, and older relatives caring for children under 18.
