About this resource
This program provides access to breast or cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of healthcare providers, aiming to alleviate the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, education, and facilitating access to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No cost.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screenings or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage - Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
