Fees: Rent is calculated at 30% of adjusted income, which covers water, sewer, garbage, and electric services.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is for low-income adults aged 62 and older, as well as adults with disabilities, who must meet the income criteria set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
