They offer services such as: -Counseling on veterans' benefits and help with claims preparation, along with advocacy during the claims process -Guidance on federal VA benefits and additional state and federal benefits -Support with educational benefit claims -Help for veterans seeking health care enrollment -Assistance in obtaining military service documents -Information on service-connected and non-service-related disability and survivor benefits -Burial benefits -Details regarding veteran home loans -Oregon Veterans' Home Conservatorship services, which include comprehensive estate management for individuals designated as "protected persons" under Oregon law.

- Eligible veterans must have a discharge status other than dishonorable, along with their immediate family members.
