About this resource
This initiative provides a home visiting service designed to enhance the relationship between parents and their children, ensuring healthy growth and development. During each visit, home visitors assist parents in fostering a nurturing and positive connection with their infants. Parents are given guidance on various subjects, including child development, infant care, and maintaining their baby's health, while also learning about community resources available for new families. A qualified home visitor mentors families as they develop their parenting skills and ensure their baby's safety, health, and learning.
