Who can use this

  • To qualify for WIC, applicants must: reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not a requirement), be pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, or have a child under 5 years old (with the option for fathers and guardians to apply for qualifying children), have a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and demonstrate a nutritional risk during the appointment.
