Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level. Special provisions apply for children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance, who qualify regardless of income. Families with higher incomes may also qualify based on specific needs, with priority given to those with greater needs.
