The Adult Basic Education (ABE) program is designed for individuals regardless of whether they possess a high school diploma or GED, aiming to prepare them for college-level studies, enhance their career prospects, or reach personal goals by improving essential skills in reading, writing, and mathematics. The college has campuses located in Pendleton (the main campus), Hermiston, Milton-Freewater, Baker City, Boardman, La Grande, and John Day.

Fees: The ABE, GED, and ELA Program Fee (Title II) is $34 per term, with an additional $9 for each extra college prep course per term. Financial aid options are available.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be at least 16 years old and not currently enrolled in school, with those under 18 requiring a release from their local school district to take the GED test.
