About this resource
This service provides non-emergency medical transportation for individuals covered by the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and also offers private transportation services.
Intake Procedure: To obtain information or arrange a ride, please call. While same-day service might be available depending on scheduling, it is recommended to call 48 hours in advance to ensure a spot.
Travel/Location: The office is situated at the intersection of SW 12th and Frazer.
Fees: Charges apply solely to private transportation for those without OHP or for non-medical transport for OHP recipients.
Who can use this
- Available to low-income families, adults with disabilities, or individuals aged 55 and above.
