About this resource
This service provides guidance on available resources, assistance in utilizing these services, individual counseling, support groups, and caregiver training. Limited respite care and supplemental services are also offered.
Intake Procedure: You can call or check the website for further details. Information regarding support groups can be obtained via phone or online.
Travel/Location: Access is through the front lobby doors located on SE Byers Avenue, on the south side of the building.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- Unpaid caregivers eligible include: - Adult family members or informal caregivers caring for individuals aged 60 and older - Caregivers for individuals of any age with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders - Older relatives (not parents) aged 55 and above caring for children under 18 - Older relatives, including parents, aged 55 and above.
