This program serves as a resource for older adults, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and their family members and caregivers who require assistance by offering information and connecting them to various service providers, including governmental, community, private, and non-profit organizations.

Travel/Location: Access is available through the front lobby doors located on SE Byers Avenue, on the south side of the building.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
