About this resource
This initiative provides urgent financial aid for essential needs, including temporary lodging for a maximum of three nights, assistance with non-narcotic medication prescriptions (available twice within a 12-month period), auto repairs up to $200 (limited to once every 12 months), laundry vouchers of up to $10 per individual and $20 per family (twice in a 12-month span), and rent assistance or deposits up to $300, capped at 70% of one month's rent (once every 18 months).

- -Laundry vouchers: No restrictions -Prescription assistance: Requires a written or phone prescription from Walmart or Safeway -Rent assistance: Must be at risk of eviction or currently homeless -Lodging: Must be in the process of securing permanent housing -Auto repairs: Must require transportation for work, medical visits, or education
