Who can use this
- -The Head of Household (HOH) must be a member of a federally recognized Indian Tribe or a non-enrolled parent of a minor child who is enrolled in CTUIR (the child must reside in the household) -Income requirements fluctuate based on the type of housing, with the household's annual median income needing to be below 50%-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

- Completed application with the following supportive materials for each individual listed on the rental application: -Birth certificate -Social Security Card -Driver’s License/Photo ID -Tribal ID or CIB Any and all income verification: -2 most current months of pay stub -Social Security awards letter -Child support -VA award letters
