About this resource
The Oregon Department of Education collaborates with local agencies to establish a statewide network of free services aimed at supporting young children with developmental delays and disabilities, as well as their families. This includes: -Early Intervention (EI): Tailored services for children from birth to three years old, along with parental support to promote children's physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive growth; and -Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE): Customized instruction for children aged 3 until they are eligible for public school, focusing on communication, cognitive, social/emotional, adaptive skills, and more.

Fees: None.
Who can use this
- Children from birth to school age suspected of having developmental delays or disabilities can receive free screening and evaluation, with those confirmed eligible for EI/ECSE services.
