About this resource
This initiative offers support to pregnant individuals from the early stages of pregnancy up to their child's second birthday, linking new parents with specially trained nurses who provide assistance, advice, and access to resources. The nurses conduct health and developmental screenings to detect potential concerns related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and more. Additionally, the program includes breastfeeding assistance, parenting support, and general education for parents.

Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- First-time birthing parents with a household income under 185% of the Federal Poverty Level must enroll before the 29th week of pregnancy.
