Who can use this
- Households (owners or renters) with gross income below 60% of Oregon State Median Income who have not received a regular LIHEAP payment from another agency this year.
Documents you may need
- Completed application; ID for all adults 18+; Social Security cards for all household members; current proof of income (agricultural or irregular income: declaration of household income or zero-income documentation; Social Security benefit letter); most recent energy bill in the applicant's name
