This service delivers patient-focused health care for both children and adults. Offerings encompass annual check-ups, management of acute and chronic illnesses, pregnancy tests, vaccinations, sports physicals, concussion assessments and follow-ups, mental health assessments, and health screenings.

Fees: We accept OHP Eastern Oregon CCO, Medicare, Medical Home, and the majority of private insurance plans. Payment plans are available for those who are paying out of pocket.
