About this resource

This program provides access to breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to alleviate the cancer burden by promoting early detection, risk assessments, education, and facilitating connections to medical treatment.

Who can use this

  • -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
